Question: Should i become a transvestite? (Posted by: on 2012-02-05 11:28:09) I'm not trying to be with a dude. So get that out of your head immediately. I have been single my entire life and all of my friends are getting girlfriends. I try so hard to get a small little fling but, nothing happens. They always say no for the most unfair reasons. I've been rejected 9 times in a row since 09. This new girl I was talking with was everything I wanted; artistic, into weird stuff, a gamer, not introverted or autistic like most girls in my college who have similar interests. She actually TALKED and didn't have an uber strict upbringing making her scared of everything "bad ". And for all these traits she was surprisingly complimented with complete physical beauty. That. Is. Rare. But, of course like most other girls today, she's a lesbian. I love homosexuals. They're funny and good natured open people. It just pisses me off how every single awesome girl (meaning girls that suit me) is a lesbian today. I found out through her friends when asking about her and someone we were both friends with confirmed it. Her friends weren't giving defensive lies to keep me away. I didn't ask for a date and I no longer plan to tell her how I feel anymore. I'm genuinely hurt over this. Since EVERY girl seems to be a lesbian today should I just become a fucking girl myself since I know the tenth one will be gay too? Or should I just cry to get it out and accept my title as Forever Alone guy? >. > The irony being if I were to get the operation, every single girl in the world will turn straight. Posted by: Diane M on 2012-02-05, 12:15:33 Shall we get our terminology straight first? "Transvestite " is a crossdresser, generally heterosexual, usually male. Transvestites are comfortable with their assigned gender identity - the men like being men, the women like being women - and have no intention of having a "sex change ". For whatever reason, they simply enjoy wearing clothing more appropriate to the opposite sex. A transsexual is someone born with a birth defect - a male brain in a female body (FTM) or a female brain in a male body (MTF). FTM's are called transmen if you want to emphasize their trans status, or simply "men ". MTF's are called transwomen, ditto, or simply women. I believe what you are asking is if you should become a transsexual. As I indicated, transsexualism is a medical condition, a birth defect, and isn't something one chooses. As to your problem: you say you've been turned down nine times in a row since 09. That would be nine times in three years, or an average of once every four months. That really isn't much of a record. You need to put yourself out there more. There are girls who would enjoy being with you, but it's going to take some looking to find them (and yes, I realize that could come across as an insult, but it isn't intended as such). Hell, you might even find a transwoman in whom you're interested. I know quite a few who are gamers. Just relax and give it a bit more time. Good luck. |
