I would like to meet other cross- dressers in the 35- 65 age group, who are into wearing lingerie, either male or females with partners into dressing, in the west UK. Any advice, please.

Why not go to some of the fetish parties and talk to people there are bound to be some in your area. Go on informedconsent web sites they list a lot of them

I would recommend you a fetish site, full of cross-dressers. Of course you have to specify your area, you can also specify age group.. etc. Frankly it's the best site I found for cross-dressing till now. I hope it helps:
