Question: What do people find attractive in cross dressers? (Posted by: Ty on 2009-11-16 12:29:32) Okay well, first of all, don't think I'm giving hate speech here, cross dressers don't effect me so I don't care how they choose to live, but to be honest why do people find cross dressers attractive, I, being a gay guy myself, don't understand it. I mean, if your a lesbian, then why would you date a girl that looks like a guy? And if you were gay, then why would you Want to date a guy that looks like a girl? I mean if your gay or lesbian that means you like the same sex, but what the he- - , why would you date someone that looks like the sex your NOT supposed to like? Anyone help me understand this? It really confuses me a lot... |

Posted by: J on 2009-11-16, 12:36:37 Its mostly straight guys who have "Crying Game " moments with male cross dressers, I think it shows that straight men and lesbians look at different signals in a persons appearance to determine their gender, straight guys look at gender performance lesbians are more observant of bone structure and skin texture etc I guess. |

Some people are, for example, attracted to male genitals and femininity - so they would probably be attracted to male-to-female crossdresers. Also, it doesn't take much of a leap of the imagination to understand why some bisexual and bi-curious people might be attracted to crossdressers. |

Just because one likes women, that does not mean that they don't like masculinity. Not all men are masculine, and not all women are feminine. Some people have a bit of nuance in their sexual attraction. I don't like bananas. However, I love my mom's banana pudding. I don't like tomatoes. However, I love tomato sauce. This is nuance. |

She has breasts and doesn't hide her shape, so doesnt ever pretend to be a man, and is called by female pronouns, (now butch lesbians who wanna be called hym and stuff - ugh tooo stupid) but androgynous women - make me feel all squiggly inside!! |

Just like some men like to see their women in their clothing or t-shirt when they go to bed, some women want to see their man in their clothing or something similar to theirs. They like roleplaying and want to feel close to a women, but still like the male parts. I think women are beautiful, but I am grossed out by the female anatomy. I think it is sexy when a man has on nice frilly clothing and I love thinking about their package underneath it. |

I mean, I'll watch the drag shows at the club and have a laugh at the stuff that comes out of their mouths and everything, but I feel like zero attraction. In fact, if I find out someone I had the hots for did or does cross dressing our drag that's such a major turnoff for me it'd probably end up in dumps-ville. I want to date a boy, not a girl... |
