Posted by: Valerie on 2009-11-17, 14:04:29 Cross-dressers do it because it feels so good. They just love the way the clothes feel on them. In fact, cross-dressers find that they cannot stop it. They feel as if they need to cross-dress. No, they are not crazy. Most cross-dressers are normal, healthy, heterosexual men with one little kink hard-wired in their brain. Their brain releases dopamine and other neurotransmitters when they feminize themselves. Its as if the brain interprets cross-dressing as actual contact with a female. In any case, it produces sensations of well-being, pleasure, sexual gratification, and self-identity. Like other fetishes, these neurotransmitters affect the limbic system in the brain. This is the area that includes the reward centers. This means it will mimic the addiction response. Hence, they can't quit. About 50% of males would rather die than wear women's clothes. Then about 40% will do it but only as a joke, to get attention, and to make their friends laugh. They don't get anything out of it. Then there is the 10% that get the sensations from their dopamine responses. They love it. |
