I wore a tux when I went to a friend's birthday party. Even in men's clothes, it's hard not to notice that I'm female, but several girls jokingly wanted to dance with me. Wacky antics ensue. The parents thought it was hilarious (save mine, who were just facepalming to themselves in the background).
