It's so weird that they're girlier and some even look more feminine than most real girls but they have men's genitals. i think they were born women but they had some abnormality and they grew a penis by accident because they act and sound just like women.

In my opinion, "drag queens " are normal people that are born normal and as they live their life, they feel their not in the right body. When this is realized, they tend to experiment by dressing as another sex and dating te opposite sex. Also like you said that maybe are born with opposite parts but have different hormones, and that dose really happen.
