Posted by: piercedprincess59 on 2007-12-30, 17:06:24 Would it be different than fitting a woman for a bra? Will you be wearing falsies? They generally measure you around the chest where the bottom strap of the bra will sit, then across the cups...........I have even been measured over the shoulder, when trying to find a bra for under a specific dress, where the shoulder straps were not adjustable...... |

Posted by: cj cregg on 2007-12-30, 17:17:05 Use a tape measure around the section of your chest where the band will rest. That will be your size. From there, measure the widest part of your chest. Usually, this will indicate cup size. But if you don't have man-boobs (I'm not making fun!), then you may want to add a couple of inches to get a fuller cup size. Depending upon the differences in the two measurements will help tell what your cup size is. One-two inches is A cup, two-three inches is B, three to four is C cup and so on and so on. There are also usually measuring directions on most bra packages...if you buy the ones in the boxes. Or you can checked them out in the store. For an example...if the area around your chest is 34 and the wider area is 36 you might want to add a couple of inches and make it 38 to get a bigger cup size. You would be a 34C. Depending on your height, that would be perfect. Oh and a tip...always round up. Good luck! |

Posted by: george_xo on 2007-12-30, 17:20:22 Ahah, you should go shopping with my friend, Todd. if you have a cross-dressing store in your area you could go there, they could probably fit you (if they do bras). Though you might be asked if you own breastforms or something, I'm guessing they're handy. hah. Otherwise, check out: transgendered.net/ hose.html yvonnesplace.net/ head_toe/ bra_sizing.htm 4transgenders.com/ Bras.htm glamourcorsets.com/ cat/ index.cgi/ shopfront/ view_by_category?category_id= 4157 janetscloset.com/ breast_forms.htm Good luck. |

Posted by: Maid Angela on 2007-12-31, 00:50:29 I don't use falsies so when I first was working out my bra size I used the chart that they have in most fashion catalogues for ladies which worked quite well. If you are using falsies you need to put these in position before you take the measurements. I always buy 42 " "B " cup. I am sure as a transvestite you already have some of those catalogues if not they are free and easy to get. |
