You just have to be honest, loyal, sincere and trustworthy. When you're near the girl you want to attract, try to be yourself and don't act cool or do something silly that makes her impression on you changed. If she's looking at you, look back and give her a smile, make her feel that you're friendly and not those ignorant or arrogant guys. Whatever it is, just be yourself and not changed into guys that she prefered. It'll just make you look stupid to be someone else. So, my opinion is that, you just be yourself.
