I'm going to be doing an ethnography on the liminal (inbetween) stages of being transgender or becoming transgender. If you have any personal stories, scholarly texts, or any other possible texts you have. If you know of a community blog or something that could possibly help, can you link it up here too? Thanks.

I know it's lame, but I saw an episode of Oprah about it the other day. It interviewed young 'gender confused' children as they were referred to and debated the moral issues with regard to medicating them. It's definately worth a look if you can find it, try youtube or the Oprah website??

Nobody "becomes " transgender, people are born transsexual.
